Cloudflare, Inc.
- What it does for Livada Visible
- Hosting and running of the service: website pages and functions, database (Cloudflare D1), monitoring tasks and application of the corrections.
- Data concerned
- Customer email address, site domain, WordPress credentials (application password encrypted at rest, AES-GCM), site content and metadata read or modified by the service, technical logs.
- Place of processing
- Cloudflare global network; company established in the United States.
- Transfer mechanism
- EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision where the importer is certified, and/or European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (art. 46 GDPR) with supplementary measures.
Brevo (Sendinblue)
- What it does for Livada Visible
- Sending transactional emails (private access link, order confirmation, notifications).
- Data concerned
- Email address, first name, site domain.
- Place of processing
- EU (France).
- Transfer mechanism
- No transfer outside the EEA listed.
Lemon Squeezy
- What it does for Livada Visible
- Payment and invoicing of the subscription, as Merchant of Record (reseller for the transaction).
- Data concerned
- Customer identity, email address and payment details; site domain passed with the order.
- Place of processing
- United States.

- Applicable mechanism under Chapter V GDPR.
