Terminate your contract
This functionality allows you to give online notice of termination of an eligible Livada contract.
After you provide the information needed to identify your contract, you will be shown a summary so that you can review or amend your request before finally giving notice of termination.
Termination of the contract is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal and from the “Fourteen-day money-back guarantee”. If you wish to request a refund under that commercial guarantee, please use the /en/refund/ page.

By activating the termination notification function, you confirm that you wish to terminate the contract identified in the summary, in accordance with the rules on when termination takes effect and the consequences set out on this page.

Effective date and any pro-rata refund
The effective date of termination is determined from the date on which Livada receives your notice of termination.
Termination takes effect no later than ten days after we receive your notice, or at the end of the period already paid if that ends sooner, or on the later date you requested.
No further payment is collected for periods after the effective termination date. Access to the service ends on that date.
Where part of a period already paid for remains unused because of the effective termination date and a pro-rata refund applies, Livada calculates that refund on the basis of the total amount including taxes of the most recent billed period, in proportion to the unused time remaining in that period, rounded to the nearest cent. The refund is then processed manually by Livada through Lemon Squeezy.
This pro-rata refund resulting from termination is separate from the “Fourteen-day money-back guarantee” provided for in Article 14 and available separately at /en/refund/.
