Fourteen-day money-back guarantee — request a refund

This page lets you request a refund for an eligible order under Livada’s “Fourteen-day money-back guarantee” commercial guarantee.

This commercial guarantee is distinct from the statutory right of withdrawal.

If you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal as a consumer, use the Online withdrawal page.

You do not have to justify your dissatisfaction to use the commercial guarantee when your order meets the conditions set out in Article 14 of the Terms and Conditions.

By submitting this form, you request the refund of the order identified above under the “Fourteen-day money-back guarantee” commercial guarantee.

After submission, a time-stamped acknowledgement of receipt will be sent to you by email.

If your request meets the conditions of the commercial guarantee, Livada will forward the refund request within five working days following receipt of the complete request; the refund is made to the original payment method. The time required for the refund actually to appear on your payment method may then depend on the payment service provider or your banking institution.
