Do I need to modify my Shopify theme? +
No. The connector works exclusively through the Shopify Admin API to write metas into the native SEO fields. No Liquid file changes, no code injected into your theme.
Can it access my sales and customer data? +
No. The app requests no access to orders, customers or payments. The permissions it requests are shown by Shopify at install time.
What happens if I have hundreds of products? +
The connector processes products in bulk via the Admin API. Shopify's call quota is managed automatically to avoid rate-limiting errors.
V1 — what are the current limitations? +
V1 covers optimization of titles, metas, alt-texts, and static pages. JSON-LD structured data (Product, Organization) is currently in development and will arrive in a free update.
