Google Business Profile
Automatic import — direct connection
One click, and Cockpit imports your reviews; you click “Generate” to get a draft in the tone and signature you set; if you allow it, your past replies serve as style examples for the AI. You approve every reply before it is published (automatic publishing is off by default), then Cockpit checks that the reply is actually live.
TripAdvisor and Booking.com
In preparation — neither gives publishers API access
TripAdvisor and Booking.com do not give third-party tools API access. You paste the review into Cockpit (“Paste a review” screen), one click drafts a reply, and you publish it yourself on the platform. Livada neither reads nor publishes anything on these platforms.
